Operational decisions are omnipresent – be it in the assessment of risks, product recommendations, price calculation, the individual generation of work processes or the control of business processes.
Companies must be able to make even complex decisions immediately, transparently and consistently across all channels.
In order to meet these requirements, a modular “digital decision-making platform” is required which is based on close cooperation between data science (AI), process and control technology and thus enables potential for future growth compared to conventional business models.
The aim of this session is to show how such an intelligent “decision service” is created, visualized and monitored end-to-end from an ML-based prediction with guidelines based on business rules.
